Downloading attachment gets me error message. Server or mod issue ?

Tried to download a mod as attachment from the CK2 User Modifications subforum
and get an error message.

<Code>AccessDenied</Code>...

Someone before me got the same issue.

My Firefox browser is innocent.
No different settings than at other times when it worked and without UBlock running.

Another CK2 mod that i tested, also as attachment, took suspiciously long before the download window appeared.

No other browser currently available, no difference in incognito mode.

The first mod download link works now since the "+" sign was replaced on the file name with "plus".
The download in the link of the second post still does not work and it has a "+" in its file name too.

I see. I have no idea if the forum software can do anything about this, perhaps @Audentio can comment?

That aside I guess that mod's author will have to change the upload to get around that problem.
