Eu2 drop to desktop, report an error.....in folder Minidump.

Install Windows XP SP2 an fixed error, but now appear new error....

Pc: AMD Athlon 2800, 512 RAM, Geforce4 AGPx8 440MMX.
Antivirus and Firewall Norton Ineternet Security 2003.

Okay let's try some standard things.
1) Rename the AVI folder to AVI_back
2) Set the color depth to 16BIT
3) Turn off everything in the background like E-mail/ICQ/Messenger, Virus protection and everything in the system tray beside the clock.
4) Update your Windows, update your Video card drivers and audio card drivers. Then repeat steps 1-3.

I Try four steps.....but error go on.

Only drop to desktop in EU2, no in other games.

Have you edited any of the files?
Do you have any Mods installed?
Who is the publisher of your version, thier logo will be on the CD.

No, remove all mods and error continue.

Ubisoft is the publisher of mi version.

So you did have mods installed.
You need to wipe the game completely from your system.
Do a manual uninstall the directions are here:

Ignore the XP instruction and use the WinME instructions.
