Dungeonland Update v1.0.6036 - Changelog

Hey Dungeoneers and Evil Lords,

The last couple of days have been very productive here at Critical. We found and fixed several important issues, and we have collected a TON of feedback from our community.

Playing with you in-game has convinced us of another very important thing, perhaps the most important of all: you are a REALLY nice community! In all our matches we noticed a feel-good vibe, helpful players, funny DMs and an overall lack of toxic behaviour, insults and all that. We are proud to have brought so many fun people together with our game!

The star of this patch is the new Server Browser, with a filter for full games and a latency indicator. Connecting to people with small pings will help you find good connections and avoid lag.

** IMPORTANT: Some routers cannot be pinged. Depending on the configuration of the Host’s connection, no ping will be displayed **

We fixed several problems with how Difficulty works in PvP. Perhaps you won’t think the DM is overpowered now? Tip from the devs: try getting a little experience in Adventure mode before you try out DM mode. Playing Hero is hard, so if you go in too green you will become minion dinner in no time.

We also made our first batch of balance changes. We tuned Evil Heal and the Ducks down a little, and gave a few vitamins to the Warrior Lancer and the Electric Mage.

This is the first Dungeonland weekend, so we wish you all painful and horrible deaths!

Fixed a bug that would cause the DM to stop casting spells after passing through a checkpoint with a card selected

Features
Server Browser now includes a work-in-progress Ping of the hosts. This should help you connect to better hosts and mitigate lag, “Can’t Connect” and drop issues some people are experiencing.
Server Browser now has a "Hide Full Rooms" option
Server Browser now displays a Room counter
Server Browser now displays DMM matches in x/4 format instead of x/3
 
Multiplayer seems to be much more stable with this patch, but the overall game got many more technical issues. Menus that made the game crash, textures that wore just black and a interesting yellow bar on the left side which made the game crash after some time : /

Also the ping of the server browser doesn't seem to work. I can't see a ping on every game.

Balancing sounds good thou and except the much more technical issues the multiplayer is much more stable for me....If the game doesn't crash because of the technical issues.

Edit: Many, many technical problems. Nearly every game is crashing at the moment :(

Awesome, glad to see that we can return Dire Ducks back into the card table (We avoided them due to OP).

The only thing I find missing, is that the amount of gold Heroes get is pathetic compared to a DM's.



NOTE: I have never had a problem playing Dungeonland with my friends. Has worked perfect with us, with one match where people got disconnected.

Really now? Because as a Hero I'm able to collect at least 1000 Coins minimum. You have Stage 1, Stage 2 and The Boss Stage to gain coins.
The DM on the other hand only gets Coins per round or if he steals some.

Roughly, how much Coins are you getting? It could've been a hidden change in an update that was either intended or unintentional.
