Bug 1.02: Disease Effect Malfunction
This is something I suspected in other situations, but only documented in detail as follows. I was building a structure in Bira. It was supposed to take 12 months to build. A little while later, I got a disease in the province. I didn't note which one. I looked at the province and the completion time for the structure was now 84 months. I figured that was because of the disease. Several turns later, the disease disappeared in that province. I checked the structure's completion time and it was 76 turns. That seemed odd to me. I figured it should return to the non-disease schedule, so I discontinued the construction and started again. The new one was built in 12 months. I assume this is not working as designed.
