Duke-Vassals leaving armies out, ticking off her vassels, king losing vassel to war.

It doesnt take long for this to happen either, less then a year.

IB king of scottland, I have a Dutchess vassel somewhere, that Dutchess has a vassel herself. Then she takes her vassels army and leaves them sitting out doing nothing for such a long time her vassel then rebels against HER, and I lose her vassel.

Im pretty much convinced if I were to continue playing it will happen to ALL of my dukes/dutchesses eventually, and rapidly.

This is somewhat related to #106 in the bug list.
The AI many times does not use it's vassals armies. Often because of this it unnecessarily remains at war for quite a long period of time (among other reasons).

I am going to mark it as a duplicate.

If this does not improve when 1.03 is released please re-open the topic.
