Sicily not a "real" Kingdom, but Pisa is?
For some reason, the Duke of Pisa gets a royal crown via the ck executable, while the King of Sicily only gets a ducal crown. what's up with that?
Sicily was a Kingdom for 300 of the 400 years in CK. Hell, until the house of Anjou, Naples was part of the Kingdom of Sicily, not vice versa.
That counts for both the Hauteville rulership and the Hohenstaufen rulership.
Plus, when the house of Barcelona took Sicily (and the Angevin kept Naples), the Kingdom of Naples was refered to as "Sicily east of the Lighthouse" (or something similar).
