BUG, wrong province names, 1.03b

There is a bug in the names of some eastern byzantine provinces. The name of the province in the map and the name of the same province in the left part of the interface, the buildings screen, don't match. For example:

In the map when i click in the province of Edessa the name that appears in the buildings screen of the province is Bira. Next i am going to write the wrong provinces names:

This is a duplicate of #328 - admittedly it is not obviously so.

Please do not us the word BUG in a title. That is reserved for bug moderators when retitling a thread. BUG removed from title.

Sorry, i was looking for this bug in the bugs thread, but there are too many bugs and i missed it (#328). Then, i reported the bug i found.

No problem. As I said, it is not obvious from the thread title of #328 that this is the same. :)
