Duplicate Barbarossa Scenarios in DD?

I have noticed there are duplicate Barbarossa Scenarios in DD, and have traced this back to there being a barbarossa.eug and a fall_barbarossa.eug, both of which point to scenarios/fallbarbarossa/

There are two differences I see:

barbarossa.eug uses picture = "scenarios\data\barbarossa.bmp" which seems to be more appropriate to the story.
barbarossa.eug has the line
# dormant_leaders = yes

Am I correct in believing # means commented out, so this doesn't really matter?

fall_barbarossa.eug has default pictures, and also does not have the dormant_leaders line.


Which was intended to be the "right" file, and can I just delete the other one?
Also if that line is commented out then the picture is the only difference correct?
(I'm guessing the one with the barbarossa.bmp is correct)

yes, I just checked and there seems to be two barbarossa scenarios one can choose

not exactly a bug or anything but it is odd that there are two seperate barbarossa scenarios, apparently identical

I wonder if they renamed it in a patch or something?

one is Germany vs USSR and the other is Germany/Finland/Hungry vs USSR?
