Education of adult courtiers

I don't know if it is a bug or simply WAD, but some courtiers regurlarly arrive to my home, and while they have an age in which you are supposed to have finished your classes, I am still asked on which education they will receive. :p

I have nothing against learning life at the age of 43 or more, but it seems strange to me the guy couldn't learn it sooner ...
