Granting titles to another duchy courtier.

I have 2 sons, Guillermo de Barcelona(1) and Guillermo de Barcelona(2) . I revoke a count title of (1) and grant a count title of other province to (2). Then, after a few days, (1) is working as a courtier in the duchy of (2) (I made duke to 2).

Well, the thing is that i gave the title of count to 1 and he does not show as independent, he is still working as courtier but with titles. I also made (1) duke, but is still under (2) influence.
