Kids getting education starting Age 0

Doesn't make sense getting kids educated starting age 0 which happens few times.

Maybe make it so that a kid has to reach age 5 before education event comes up?

Yea I get loads of those poping up with my newborns lo´l thier only a few weeks old or few months under a year and poff thier elready being prepared for Royal Duty's dont know if this is WAD or just a silly mistake or mishap which ever it is, i do agree that the age of 5 is the area it should fire onwards from, and no any were between the age of 0-5 so from 5 onwards would be good.
 
Umm, it is working as designed, though we all know it is a bug. ;)

Anyway it's already reported and on the bug list.
