Lack of Churches

In the 1337 scenario many muslim nations have larger churches in the provinces, but the small ones still need to be built. I'm not sure if this occurs in other lands and scenarios, and may warrent a check.

I find it quite common. When one starts with a church of lvl 2 or higher on the beginning of the scenario, the lower ones still need to be built. After clicking to build a building, under the symbol of this larger church there is a green one allowing to build the smaller one.
