Multiple claims to same province

When a character inherits a claim he already has, it results in multiple instances of identical claim posessed by the character. It floods the claim display area over time and makes the list hard to navigate.

Yeah, and you also get random event claims to provinces you already have claims on
This does not result in a 2nd claim tho, i just wish these events did not hit things you already have
