Plague effects still in play after its retreat
playing the 1.01 version.
The plague starts 1069 in my one province of pskov. So everything will take longer to build. I start building a forestry anyway. Afther awhile the "Plague in retreat" event happens. Still my forestry is going to take alot of time to build (whatever the monts plague adds, dont remeber the exact months 100?). So i cancel the forestry and start over building it. Now it is the normal amount of months again (10 months i think it is?).
Stupid i know to start build the forestry during the plague, nevertheless it seems like a bug (small one though).
