i do not seem to receive the 25 prestige promised for completions of schools/libraries.

i do not seem to receive the 25 prestige promised for completions of schools/libraries.

Neither the piety bonus buildings nor the prestige bonus buildings grant the bonus as of 1.02. (The piety bonus buildings would help against crusade expectations, if they worked.)
