Random and even pagan bishops

After conquesting pagan nations, you get all kinds of pagans in your court that seems to be hard to use for anything.

It gets out of hand when you become the controller of the hope, now the new bishops are chosen in your court randomly. Not only does it deplete your set of nobles, but it makes no regard to religion. And since I always apoint christians to new counts, most of the unappointed are pagans. I have a game where the pope just appointed 5 pagans from my court to bishops all over Europe.

Since it was during a crusade, most of neighbours immediatly declared war on the new bishop, being pagan and all.
