Sleepy AI

Playing as the Duke of Pommerania, the King of Germany was putting down rebellious vassals and asked me to mobilize. I agreed and he just left my army in their home provinces while getting soundly beaten by his rivals. At the same time, I was loosing a ton of money, going into debt without being able to call my army back. The German King's AI never moved a single atmy of mine.

That’s unfortunately a known problem. The AI not using vassal armies.
Hopefully it will be fixed in the next version!
