useless scrollbar, hidden content: hover box
When having a lot of titles (over 100) the hoverbox that appears if you hover over your own image (top right corner) has a scrollbar which is quite useless since the windows position depends on the cursor. So one can't see all informations this way.
The same happens with very large armies (or other hover boxes with a lot of text).
A wider box (depending on amount of text) would fix this problem.
