DV June patch - any marriage increases relationship

Marrying my courtiers to theirs increase the relation between our counties by 50.

In my game with the latest patch of June 2nd. Only a marriage of my ruler effects the relationship.

Are you sure that you have installed the latest beta-patch ?

I'm pretty sure as I had 200 relations as an Russian Orthodox with my Italian Catholic neighbors who I've been marrying kids off to. Though I have switched back and forth between the patches to allow crusades to complete correctly. As I just finished a crusade I will re-overlay the June patch and report back.

I was unable to repro the problem. I must have had the old patch, because i went back to two saves 6 months apart and two marriages that clearly gave 50 and redid them just now and did not get a relation gain.
