Dvar Campaign 1st mission: How to get Earth Crusher?

Hello together,

in the Dvar Campaign, you need to get an Earth Crusher to the Cloudbreaker Mountains in order to Earth Crack there.
How did you get the Earth Crusher? The quest text says the Rassvet should have one, but I can't talk to them about it ...am I really expected to research all the way up to Seismic Supermacy (50+ more turns) to build my own one?

deal with the Rassvet's either by diplo or war and you'll get one.

Ah! I suppose it got destroyed in the war vs. the Redeemers....oh well, gotta go the long way then :/

Yeah, I definitely made the alliance, and I probably got the Earth Crusher but likely lost it in one of the big battles with the Assembly faction. No worries, I'll just go there on my own.
