Dying Ruler writes epitaph, has choice of Latin and Castillian even though he doesn't speak Castillian

Description​

Got an event "As I lay dying", in which there is a choice to prepare an epitaph for your dying ruler.
The options are Latin, Castillian, Latin and Castillian, or to note that you're not the only ones living here.

The problem is my court language is Norse, and the ruler speaks Norse, and maybe Goedelic, not Castillian.

Steps to reproduce​

Random event, so cannot give steps to reproduce the bug.

I guess you could manually trigger the event with different cultures and court languages.
