I decided to add House Dustin to the list of Dynamic COAs, so I put them in and stuff (I ended up using Barrowtons flag cause getting the Dustin Coat of arms proved too difficult for me), when I launch the game all the COAs reverted to the basic ones (Though House Tully still works for the Riverlands), but the Dustin COA works for k and e_North and the Iron Throne COA won't work for house Dustin.
