Can we hope in ck3 to be done with CoA such as England or Italy?

If proper CoA are "unavailable" let's create an appropriate one.
E_italia is thematically fitting, and would figure much better than the Sforza CoA.

If not, then allow the kingdom to bear the dynastic CoA of the king like with muslims.

I also hope there will be more choice in dynastic heraldry and a better way to compose your shield. Scrolling through the entire Christian section was tedious, confusing, and not very well grouped.

Recreating my own CoA was impossible in game as certain symbology belonged to the "background" rather than the "emblems", which sometimes result in strange splitting.

Allow for more and better choices of colours. I mean, i like salmon pink, baby blue, pea green, and candy orange....

Now heraldry wasn't uniform, practiced everywhere, and wasn't always around especially in 867. I presume however that for simplicity sake it will be in game regardless of date and place, at least for Christians.

I'm in no way competent or knowledgeable to say anything in regards to the Islamic world.

As for the next big group, the pagans, the original ones are ok (ish).
Could we get more choices, but especially more variety amongst different pagan groups so Slavics, Suomenusko are not just norse?

I look forward to see the realm shields on the map, make them cool! :)

100% agree, I always wanted more customization with CoAs.

Totally agree.

More love for heraldy in CK3!

I always wanted them to update the coat of arms in CK2, but alas they never did so, hopefully the COA's in CK3 will be so much better, especially with creating your own rulers, and changing the way your COA look.

Oh and you know what else?
The on map CoA, i don't know what it's called, it would be nice to have a few unique ones aside from the HRE.
Byzantium and the RE could really use a fancy unique one!
First we need to get CoA on map, not banners! Moddable this time, would be a huge improvment.

They did add some stuff over time in CK2, but quite few. They never improved their CoA generation tool, and moddability is defeinetly to limiting.
Let's hope for better in CK3, it is what new games are for ;)
