Those puppet states that are released by Third Reich and Italy in the Balkan should be reworked.
Independent State of Croatia should get other provinces (Bjelovar, Rijeka, Banja Luka, Sarajevo, Zenica, Mostar and Dubrovnik), There should be Nedič's Serbia (Belgrade, Užice, Niš, Novi Pazar, Zrenjanin) Hungary should get Novi Sad, fascist Montenegro (Podgorica), fascist Albania had Priština for a while, and Bulgaria annexed Macedonia(Skopje, Stip).
EDIT: Slovenia should be divided betwen Germany and Italy (Ljubljana>Italy ; Maribor>Germany)

To Daemoncool: Could you rework your four Hungarian shields in EU3 style, please? And to create flags for all of them, including the Greek flags, for now only the flags with Greek motive, not the ones with KKE sign. Thank you.

I think that we might use Po šumama i gorama and other Partisan songs,however I would be careful so we don't use songs that are celebrating war criminals or are insulting someone (although Ive seen a music pack that had the Horst-Wessel-lied).
I think we might add the Croatian song Još Hrvatska ni propala (well,it is not a war song,it was written in the 19th century,but I think that the music doesn't need to be from the war-era or something about the military) and a part from the opera Ero s onoga svijeta (if you've ever heard something like "što na nebu sja visoko,mjesec ili sivi soko",thats it,it was also covered by a Croatain band Let 3),if we find uncopyrighted versions of them,of course.

C for the greek communists. The cross seems an odd choice, as I don't think the communist would allow a religious symbol (at least I would allow).
