can anyone explain to me y when i was trying to play a game against my brother via a lan connection i keep having the same problem of early wars and such. when playing as iether england or germany which or the 2 i play with i am constantly being thrown into war sometimes within the first 20 days of in game time. and the thing is i am doing nothing to start this. i spend the normal time arranging troop movements or arranging convoys and escorts and all the early stuff simply to get a message that u-boats r sinking my transports or that i'm being invaded by france and bombed by england and i dont see what i can possibly be doing to start the war so early. i'm playing the 1936 scenario by the way. is this normal or a glitch in the game?
