My recommendation is to Check for a "battle scenario" here.
U try to enhance a single frontline with a 1936 global theater start. Furthermore, u are modifying Trp combat values. That will influence the entire german army at all frontlines. This could have impact to the Overall gameexperiance. Plus keep in mind that TRP is working with its own combat calculations so adding Malus effects with a random number can have severe impact. I recommend massive testing before u try to publish a Client.

And a Personal tip;
The unit Icons good need adjustments. I think your Icons are hard to read.
And with a battle scenario u would limit the amount of Icons u would have to redo ;)

I guess i made ~5k to 10k new graphics and Icons für TRP.

I’m only changing the combat values for elite divisions to make them more overpowered, making Operation Barbarossa more enjoyable for the German player. Regarding the "Eastern Front Disaster" event, this is another reason why elite divisions will be OP. After this event, regular German units will be weakened, and the Waffen SS will hold the front against the Red Horde. They’ll be strong for both counterattacks and defense. And of course, I’ll be doing thorough testing before publishing, so no worries! As for the unit icons, they will only be changed for the Axis and Soviets

Btw, English is not my first language, so sorry if I’m messing up some sentences or making mistakes

@Lord Rommel is German IIRC. Maybe you could PM him if that helps comprehension? Good luck either way

Keep in mind that the "superitory" of the SS is a myth. Out of the divisions fighting in the east they had the worst combat efficency. In TRP we have turned "everything" in a "special division" (Elite is the wrong term here) that had a special TOE.

The winter 41-42 wasnt "survived" because some SS divisions hold a line.
But keep in mind; I can give feedback only ;)
One lesson I learned by TRP modding is to think of the bigger impact.

E.g. what are the trigger conditions for your "Eastern Front disaster"?

E.g. what are the trigger conditions for your "Eastern Front disaster"?
date = { day = 1 month = july year = 1943 }
offset = 30
deathdate = { day = 1 month = may year = 1944 }

trigger = {
NOT = {
control = { province = 572 data = GER }
control = { province = 553 data = GER }
}
}

trigger = {
NOT = {
control = { province = 572 data = GER } # Moscow ID
control = { province = 553 data = GER } # Leningrad ID
}
}
So when I ignore the provinces the event will never happen...

The problem with HoI modding is the question for the most generic event triggers possible to achieve a certain result. E.g. such an event could work bettern when u would define areas and the control/non-control of a percentage of the area. Such a trigger would be more diffcult to trick around.

Does that mean the event won’t trigger even if there is a date?

@Lord Rommel, do u think this will work now? :
event = {
id = 3136253
random = no
country = GER

name = EVT_3136253_NAME
desc = EVT_3136253_DESC
style = 2

offset = 30
deathdate = { day = 1 month = may year = 1944 }

trigger = { war = { country = GER country = SOV }

control = { province = 264 data = GER } # Riga ID
control = { province = 599 data = GER } # Minsk ID
control = { province = 617 data = GER } # Kiev ID

NOT = {
control = { province = 572 data = GER } # Moscow ID
control = { province = 553 data = GER } # Leningrad ID
}
}

action_a = {
name = ACTIONNAME3136253A # We must regroup!
command = { type = dissent value = 10 }
command = { type = max_organization which = land value = -10 }
command = { type = morale which = land value = -10 }
}
}

Dont know.
I just tried to get a sort of awarness for those issues.
When u are aware of it I have achieved my point.

@Lord Rommel , I think those reminders might be wasted to someone with a nick of "Bubr88".
If the nickname is really just a weird coincidence, I do apologize.
