I want to change the 78th Sturm Division to a veteran division, but I can't. I found that elite divisions have their own values in the file "german elite", but I can't locate this information.
I created a new type of infantry called veteran infantry. these units are weaker than elite but better than normal. my plan is to change 78th division from elite to veteran, but i have some problems. in the screnshot in red cirlce there is value for division, but where i can find the file with all values for elite div? i want to create own value for veterans. can someone help me?

My biggest tip; look into the germany.inc + DH modding documents and there the event commands.txt
