eccentric trait on every other character

Description​

Half of all characters, have this trait and sometimes only this trait, occurs in the base game and modded games, uninstalling or verifying the game does not change anything, it exists in all saves and new games launched from the main menu. Whats also odd is it list the eccentric trait as a personality trait, and none of the other personality traits as such.

Steps to reproduce​

No idea, I can't get rid of it as I mentioned above. I havn't played the game for a few months, and only recently got the newest updates, dlc etc.

Though there's the potential this may indeed be a bug, I'll say I have no such problems in this regard. Though, I do know the most common way the Eccentric trait shows up is when children are toddlers, and there's a wet nurse employed. If a child shows signs of learning something new in a wet nurse event, in addition to acknowledging the infant's/toddler's accomplishment, there's typically a potential option of pushing the child to do more. This puts stress on the child, and if this is done twice or more in these events, the child will gain the Eccentric trait.

If this isn't a bug, this means that in your playthrough, there are apparently a ton of kids in the realm with wet nurses employed by pushy parents.

This isn't a playthrough, it is literally a new game, your looking at the prebuild historical characters in those pictures, I have yet to take any actions or advance time. I am pretty sure every other character is not mean't to have that trait or have their normal traits missing by default.

I could unistall the game, and delete any residual files in the installation folders and reinstall again, but doing that the first time changed nothing.

I think I managed to resolve it, it had undeleted trait file from a previous verson of the game, that didn't wipe when uninstalled.
