This asset is still providing the best green solution to human waste and is available to all those those who will not purchase the Green Cities DLC as well as all those that do.
It has been tested and works with the current version of the game 1.9.

I could have posted it here, but I chose not to.
There are plenty of posts in the general discussion forum that 'should' be posted elsewhere but they get posted there anyway and do not get moved.
