How to get Economic Boost +5% IC ? I searched the HOI3 Wiki and can't find anything. Please help.

There are several ways that the boost can happen. Some countries have a minister with a trait that provides a +5% boost. There are random events that boost IC production by +5%, but you can't control if/when they occur. Researching Industrial Production and the related tech give a +5% boost, one to production (+ to IC) and the other to efficiency (- to production time).

There's an easy way....
Conquer more territory, that's it. You can add more industrial capacity as the game goes on.
