Does anyone know how the relative strenght of each great power's economy was determined during the design of CORE ? It seems that the US is greatly overpowered while France is relatively enfeebled.

In case you hadn't noticed, Germany does start with less IC than the USSR, because the USSR starts with full Central Planning.
