Hey there!

Does anyone have a clue, if it is possible to edit how abilities work? For example, the stacking bonuses of Bulwark are - in my opinion - way too much. In fact, so much that every battle ends up in a fight of legged turrets, standing in the woods. No more walking around, no flanking, just trying to reduce incoming damage.

I'd prefer Bulwark to be some small (!!!) permanent damage reduction, like the lance command module of the marauder. Or something completely different. But not something that makes a mech almost invulnerable, if it stays in cover.

The AbilityDefG5.json is the file for Bulwark, but I can't see any entries there, that might change that behavior.
 
as far as i can remember in combats constants there is value - how big bulwark bonus is. But its implementation is very hard-coded. And another thing - melee and rear attacks not affected by damage reduction
 
Didn't find it in combat constants, sadly. And I know how bulwark work, thanks. :) But still, being able to absorb 60% damage is too much in my opinion. But well, can't change that, it seems.
