If you search the [Install Directory]/BattleTech_Data/StreamingAssets/data/simGameConstants/SimGameConstants.json file for "MRB", there are several variables that look relevant.
There's a good chance that changing "MRBSuccessMod", "MRBGoodFaithMod", and "MRBFailureMod" would do what you want. I haven't fiddled with them myself, but they look like multipliers that influence how your rating changes.
