I used The EU to Victoria scenario converter and woud like to edit the save i got.
here are the questions:
1 to change the owner of a province I need to remove the code of the province from the previous country and add it to the new country. That's all?
2 If a province is not colonized if I just add the code of the province to a country, will it work?
3 where can I get a map with province codes?
4 to edit the technologies I just need to add new technoogies to that country's list?
5 where do I get the list of the technologies and their codes?
