I'm trying to edit the holy sites for hellenic paganism, but no matter where I put them in landed_titles.txt, they refuse to change in game. I thought maybe hellenism was broken somehow, but catholicism and celtic paganism do exactly the same thing.
Is there some other file I need to edit as well as landed_titles.txt?
