First of course is my humble and abject apologies in advance as I know there are a number of threads potentially asking similar questions requests but if I'm being honest I dont feel like wading through the metric ton of posts and threads or necro'ing old ones. Anyways the thing is there was a video I recall watching, but cant find on YT anymore and it dealt with editing buildtimes for divisions/brigades/naval/air etc. I remember it being to the Effect of:
In Notepad++--Find the Country Tag, i.e 'tag = USA' then search for 'tech' ...and then it gets fuzzy
And before it gets hairy, yes yes, I know cheating is bad mmk but I'll just stick with the bog standard "well it's a single player game, im the only one missing out" If anyone else has or knows a video describing what I am, or even just instructions I would be incredibly greatful please and thanks
