I'm trying to run DV in 1024x600 screen resolution so I can play it on my laptop without the bottom and top of the screen being cut off. Regardless of what I do to the settings.txt file, however, the in-game performance remains the same. I'm running XP so there shouldn't be any UAC issues. Does anyone know what's going on?
