is it posible to have change the orders into the same level as a duke when they are created? I'd also like them to pop-up in an entire duchy, I feel this is more realistic this way.
These changes would allow the Kingdom of jerusalem to hang on to the orders and increases the order survivability and power
AFAIK, tiers are hardcoded so you cannot mod them to appear as Duchies. However, once they did show up you should be able to "downgrade" them to Dukes by changing the tier in their title entry. You just have to find out the tag.
