I looked around the tech support sub-forum, but I couldn't find anyone with the same issue as myself.
To be honest, the editor is self explanitory, and extremely easy to use. I have no problem editing fields or data entry points, I do however, have a problem saving those changes. I decided that before I messed around with the scenarios, I would try editing one of my saved game files. Using the editor, I altered the energy and metal values in my "scenarios/save games" folder for Germany. I then save the changes, launch the Hoi2 and load my game. Problem is, those values haven't been changed. I open the editor again, load my saved game and click the country tab, only to find the fields have reverted back to their default values.
I've messed with the editor multiple times...but still no change. Any help would be appreciated.
