Quick question about the Education slider: once your literacy hits 100%, is there any point in maxing out the Education slider anymore? Does the game automatically account for the fact that you aren't newly educating many more people (except for normal pop growth)?

You don't need to educate new POPs once you hit 100% literacy so for that function you can cut funding to 50%, but the education funding also affects your research point production.
