Yes that is what happened, however, there is no event that has the Elizabethan Settlement and new Act of Supremacy in 1559 that undoes Mary's religious policy. My point here is really that unless we get a new event to switch back after the five years, then England will 85% stay Catholic until the Civil War, which is NOT historical. In the absence of an Elizabethan event, and given that the time between Mary's repeal of the Act of Supremacy and Elizabeths' restoration of it is a mere five years, the best workaround is to swap choices A and B in the event file.

I think Johnny Canuck has written an event like that. It must be in the British Isles thread somewhere.

I did write an "Elizabethian Religious Settlement" event & it is in EEP v1.0 (ID 21057; it will have a different number in v1.1). If England is Catholic or CRC in 1559, the event should occur, with choice A & B changing England back to Protestantism (C keeps England Catholic). If this event is not happening, then something is definitely wrong.

I found the event. Apparently I screwed something up in the event files while mixing and matching to test my events. I ended up with the Paradox events, + the Gunpowder plot and my new events, rather than the EEP events added into the standard event file. Since I was starting my tests at 1492, it wasnt using the EEP files. Sorry for the confusion guys.
