MKJ, for the use of U10 I think you also need to change the definition in the countries file. First MUS to HOL to get the Dutch Sprite for the County of Holland, and then the default DP settings. I'd propose 8,1,4,8,5,6,5,9 to match the other Low Countries (GEL, FRI, HAI and so on).
