Well, they don't seam to come up in the normal eu2 folder...

So, where the hell are they?

There's a bug with the screenshot F11 and moddir IIRC. The file ends in the moddir folder, but might overwrite existing files...

With me it always saves as Screensave0, so it constantly re-writes unless you change the name of the screenie.
