I was going through that site here and I have found out that Modena CoA

isn't that better for eu2timeline instead of the simple white eagle in blue field?

and also that French Bourbon flag

Could maybe anyone make an egufsm style CoA and flag of both, please?

That modena arms is included in the Napoleon pack, (based on the image below), it was never part of the flag though. The Este used a white eagle on blue and with crown above the eagle head as flag until 1797

If you're going to use a white flag for France this is a better option:

Ok, thanks and ignore my requests as you already did that flag for me... :)
EDIT: but was the shield for France always a 3-lilied blue shield (scutcheon, see my sig! :D ) until 1848, apart from the revolutionarian timeframe?

On those sites they say that that Three golden fleurs-de-lis appeared on nearly all the Bourbon flags, though sometimes it was entirely white.

Which flag is to be considered historically used? :confused:

Correct, the shield was blue and yellow. White and yellow is a heraldic "crime" you know. ;)

Please Birger, could you realize the war flag for Venice I have posted here in the same way you made the civil flag posted together? :)

People from Agceep told me that a war flag is than a civil flag since it generally marks the province you occupy or own, you army and your fleet! :(
 
Sorry Bordic, but I've retired from making EU2 graphics now. Ask in the GRT, deallus might be able to help you out. :)

One can debate forever what flags to use in this game since most countries never codified its heraldry/ flags until later on.... ;)

Ok! About flags, well I am in "love" with that Venetian one!
"El Leòn" as they say there. :)
 
Ah, yes! I know the site where that flag is attached...It has good references to Italy before the unification.

Hello Birger & co., long time no see :D

Could you make this Bourbon white flag into a CoA for me, please? I think it'd look ace to have for a CoA with that white/gold flag after the 1815 restoration.

It's because Paradox use the Spanish shield as the base in the peace message... One thing to solve it is to make the Spanish shield smaller or just remove it...
