Maybe for the Horde flags you could re-orient the symbols on the to be vertical, instead of sideways. I'm thinking of how they'd hang any symbols on walls or whatnot.

Oh I don't like the hanging flags at all, besides of the mongol and reqtangular variant. So what else should be used for example the Golden Horde?

Thanks! Go ahead and download the .zip, it contains only graphics so it works with the Paradox scenarios.

Well to have your own custom shield you need 3000 posts, and then you can use either a EUII forum shield or a HOI/Victoria flag.
