There is all sorts of mods based on pre-1419: Rome, 476 and so on.
I had this idea, that it would be nice if a EU2 mod dated back to Egypt when it was ruled by Pharaos (like 2500 BC). My personal modding skills are below zero but i found this as nice idea. Someone could take it forward. If possible.

I don't know...what on earth would happen in it? Egypt was kind of the sole superpower of the era, and except for some clashes with the Hitites, what would you do?

You could move forward a few hundred years, and features clashes between Assyria, Hitties, Sea Peoples (how to model this, I have no idea), Egypt, and other friends.
