EIC-weird graphics

Hi,
I have some weird effects on the strategic map, some big grey and black triangles covering the map.
Any one knows what that means?

I have a Intel 8500 not overclocked with 4 Gb DDR2 and a 4870x2 with catalyst 9.7.


I tried to roll back to 9.6 but that doesnt help.

Why is that? Because of the 64-bit? Because I dont have any trouble with that. And I am running 64-bit (windows 7 that is). Have you tried upgrading to CCC 9.8 ?
