Fairly self explanatory mod: visigothic spain, coptic arabs that didn't conquer quite as much and nestorian turks, both of which have been squabbling with each other and with the byzantines for the last few centuries.

rearrange de-jure kingdoms
touch-up religious borders in the middle east
