Please explain the issue you experienced in the most condensed way possible
Been playing Empire of Sin on my PS5 last night and today, and I’ve had it crash on me 5 times. I’ve also had various technical issues where I can’t enter buildings unless I reload, and certain text not showing up. Once it replaced a name with (0gender - etc).
Tonight I had it show an error message when attempting to save, freeze, then crash. The save file now shows as invalid. I’ve pumped a good number of hours into that save and can’t load previous saves for some reason as they now don’t appear.
How do I rectify this? I purchased the delux upgrade and the season pass because I was enjoying it. I just wanna be able to actually play it without fear of constantly losing progress.
Please explain how to reproduce the issue

I noticed once when I manually saved at the same time stamp as the auto save (by coincidence) it crashed.
