Empires?

I have a little question about the mod, I enjoy starting as a little count and making my way up... Recently I want to start has a coptic count, near the Nubia area, but it seems there is no Empire I can create (I dislike the "create your own Empire menu) I love to create empires that are in game and I was wondering if there is a wiki with the empires available in this mod?

There is not, but most cultures have their own empire, just open the in-game title finder and type a culture name to see. Additionally there's a game rule to enable the vanilla (de Jure) empires as well.

There is likely a Nubian empire, though I'm not sure if there is a relevant coptic one for you.

I supose Nubia would be part of the Abissinian Empire.
